Whether you are unemployed, exploring new opportunities, or unfulfilled in your position, this package is designed to guide all of my clients in transition. Through my experience, I discovered a process to vet whether your new position aligns with your strengths and values.

About This Solution

  • Client will take the Strong Interest Inventory Assessment to identify their interests, values, and personal characteristics. We will explore positions and career paths.

  • The coach and client will review the assessment to determine the next steps in their career journey.

  • The assessment and coaching sessions are used to develop a personalized job search strategy. This includes identifying target industries and companies, networking opportunities, and other job search techniques.

  • During the coaching sessions it will be determined compatibility between an individual's values, beliefs, strengths, and work style with those of the organization.

  • One on one mock interview sessions with immediate feedback techniques, such as how to answer common interview questions and how to present oneself in the best light.

  • Guidance on networking, such as how to identify and approach potential contacts, and how to follow up effectively.

  • Coaching sessions exploring new career options, such as training, retraining, and planning next steps in the job search process.

  • Additional support for the client during their job search, such as check-ins, progress reports, and additional resources as needed.

  • This solution includes 12 (60 minute) coaching sessions.

    The coach will be available by email in between sessions.
