About Michelle

With over 20 years of experience as an HR leader, I have worked in various business environments, ranging from startups to nonprofits and multi-national corporations, both private equity-backed and publicly traded. This diverse experience has given me a broad perspective and a deep understanding of organizational cultures, policies, and technologies.

Throughout my career, I have interacted with employees, managers, and executives at all levels, giving me insight into the inner workings of companies. With this knowledge, I can help you develop strategies to advance your career within your current organization or prepare you to make a successful transition to a new firm.

I have navigated many career transitions myself, including joining new companies, managing through company closures, and working with organizations facing economic challenges. I have also experienced situations where I had to restart my job search because the company culture did not align with my values.

I am certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Center for Executive Coaching, and through the Center for Executive Education.

Additionally, I am certified in the Strong Interest Inventory, which measures career interests and workplace preferences. By understanding your interests, work preferences, and team dynamics, we can identify the type of work you are best suited for and guide you towards a fulfilling career.
