With over 20 years of experience as an HR leader, I have worked in various business environments, ranging from startups to nonprofits and multi-national corporations, both private equity-backed and publicly traded. This diverse experience has given me a broad perspective and a deep understanding of organizational cultures, policies, and technologies.
Throughout my career, I have interacted with employees, managers, and executives at all levels, giving me insight into the inner workings of companies. I have also experienced situations where I had to restart my job search because the company culture did not align with my values.
